Restorative Yoga and Self-Massage with Lori Anne Edwards
Relax, renew and restore with Restorative Yoga and Self-Massage in this 4 week yoga tune-up series with Lori Anne Edwards. Lori is a Yoga Alliance (E-RYT-200, YACEP) Certified Yoga Instructor and a California Massage Therapy Council Certified Massage Therapist with over 20 years of teaching and bodywork experience. To help you find balance during this time, please join her for this four week series to stretch and release sore muscles, stimulate the nervous system, increase circulation, and practice self-care. Each week will focus on a different area of the body, but we will move and stretch the entire body during every class. This class is appropriate for all skill levels. Please bring a chair, a yoga mat, a strap (a belt, tie, or scarf will also work), two therapy balls (tennis, lacrosse, or golf balls also work) and a sock. If you do not have any of these items, that is ok. Class will be modified to meet the needs of the students attending. The only requirement is to have a body!
