As-salaam alaykum! Happy February! It has been a whirlwind of a start to the year. We celebrated the ceasefire in Falastin with gracious hearts and deep hope for liberation, knowing all too well how tenuous this agreement is. Our Southern California family immediately sprang into action during the wildfires staying safe and supporting our fellow community. Here is an extensive FIRE RESOURCE LIST for our communities. We began the year welcoming new members which is always a great honor and joy. And we are hard at work to bring you new educational opportunities including hosting the amazing Esraa Warda in Seattle for four special workshops. AND a whole new performance for this year’s Travel and Adventure Show in Los Angeles. We hope to see you at an event soon! Thank you for supporting the work we do.
